Flight 93 National Memorial


Description: On September 11, 2001, the passengers and crew of Flight 93 courageously gave their lives thwarting a planned attack on our Nation's Capital. Flight 93 National Memorial will be a permanent memorial to the heroes on that plane.

Directions: Car - From SOMERSET: Take Route 219 North. Exit onto Route 30 East at Stoystown/Jennerstown Exit. Go 7.2 miles. Turn right onto Lambertsville Road and follow it 1.7 miles. Turn left onto Skyline Drive to the temporary memorial (.8 miles).
From JOHNSTOWN: Take Route 219 South 9.6 miles. Exit onto Route 30 East at Stoystown/Jennerstown Exit. Go 7.2 miles. Turn right onto Lambertsville Road and follow it 1.7 miles. Turn left onto Skyline drive to the temporary memorial (.8 miles).

From the EAST on PA Turnpike: Exit Bedford (#146) ? At Turnpike light, turn left. Go to next light, turn left. Take 220 South. Follow 220 South to next exit. Exit US 30 West. Follow US 30 west approximately 25 miles to Lambertsville (3 miles beyond Buckstown). Turn left onto Lambertsville Road and follow it 1.7 miles. Turn left onto Skyline drive to the temporary memorial (.8 miles).

From the WEST on PA Turnpike: Exit Somerset (#110) Follow directions from Somerset above.
